After a few hard years on the show circuit John decided it was time for his panther to have a re-spray, and it was decided to take the opportunity to make a few improvements, and repair some damage.

Chassis stripped out, degreased and jet washed Turret about to be jet washed Johns panther took a 3ft dive off the work bench recently, and has bent the rear axle Axle straightened and strengthened
Sheet metal debris guard New exhausts grills and mud guards ready for fitting New mud guards fitted All paint on the top striped off and grills fitted Rear panel strengthened with aluminium plate
All new parts fitted and red oxide primer Mantlet debris guard fitted New steel hatches New steel storage tube Machined aluminium hinges
Springy arial New exhausts (knock them off Humpy) Opening storage bin hatches New jacking block bracket Basic green paint job
Just waiting for its red stars Rear views with the weathering staring to be applied

All back together After its major refit Humpy took it for a test drive
     
And it survived, must be good!!!
